opaque cane and murrina counterpointend by the trasparency of canes or
cross-sections of zanfirico laid in rigorourly geometrical arrangiaments
and by the gold of avventurine tellingly distributed to make a precious
pacthwork. They are basically sculptures that may also, under certain conditions, function as containers; but above all they are themselves with an independent life of their own....... |
